So what have we been up to this week? Well on Friday I got a call at 9.45am asking if I could entertain with a magic show at a children’s party that starts at 11am. So it was a quick change and a shave and off we went to a 5 year old party. It went brilliant and was one of the shows where everything just fell into place and the children joined in and were amazing… so that was brill. Then Saturday had a two hour balloon gig, that went brill as well, nice behaved children, nice parents and some nice compliments and a very nice review posted onto Insta. So a lovely couple of days. We also had Sarah over from France with her family, so seven people staying for a couple of days, it was a little busy and chaotic but enjoyable. Sarah’s eldest was passing out at the Pirbright Army barracks.
I’ve been decorating round me Dad’s again after having the new garage roof fitted, this also included all the new joists and rafters as they had seen better days as well. We are still on the move but after 8 weeks, our buyer has still not signed, it is getting a little frustrating and still the saga continues. The estate agent ensures us all is going well and will be OK, he has more faith than I do as we would have put the house back on the market a couple of weeks back now if thigs were left to us. But he is the expert on such things so we are going along with his suggestions… for the moment.

We have the first “Care & Share” day for this year next Tuesday 11th June in Sutton, still some spaces available if anyone would like to join us. There will be four start lectures during the day and its just £55 to attend. Slightly more than we usually charge but we do not have any sponsorship for this year so the days do have to cover all the costs… hopefully?
