Hi Everyone, before I forget there will not be a blog next Sunday as I’m away attending the Blackpool Magic Convention. They usually get over 4000 people attending and this year David Crofts is coming with me to man the stand… so that will be a laugh
in itself, but David and I do really get on well and enjoy each others company. There are tickets available if anyone wanted to attend, Blackpool Magic Convention.
I will start to get the stock ready to take to Blackpool tomorrow, then load the car all day Tuesday and set off at 7.30am on Wednesday morning to pick David up along the way. Hoping to get to Blackpool by four at the latest so we can get all the stock in Wednesday night and set part of the stand so we can start to build the large design for the stand on Thursday. So what will it be I hear you ask, all will be revealed by Friday when we open. I will be posting the pictures as we build the design but not till get get back from the convention and got ourselves back straight which does take a couple of days.
I did a mini build Friday and Sat morning for a 30th Birthday party, they wanted a back drop for the pictures and the theme was Jungle, I made a couple of tree’s and a few monkeys. I was a little concerned about the leaves, greenery for the tree’s as we did go as simple as one could but I was pleased with the overall look and it took about 8/9 hours to build and set up. I have started to post the pictures as we built the design but it will be a few more days till they are all posted. Jungle Theme Pictures.

The random balloon picture is not too random as I’m going with my favourite picture for the Jungle theme build. I put one of the Monkey’s on top of the Tree and liked the look. Just realised I used a Monkey picture for last weeks blog so will find another picture. I went with the Love Heart as it will be Valentines day soon.
