It’s build a train week this week again, this is the third time we are building it for the local cinema. They show the Polar Express over a couple of weekends and it’s in the foyer for all to see and a photo opportunity. We have decided to build it differently than the last couple of times, before the front section was weaved and the rear section was made from the box numbered weave. But so we have a little excitement and for an experiment we are building it all in the box weave method. Not 100% sure how it will turn out but that’s the challenge and will be nice to do something a little different. My good friend David Crofts is also over to help for a day. This is the link from the one I built last year, Train.
We have the last club zoom of the year on the 12th December if anyone would like to join us, you can either join the club where there are over 50 designs explained or just sign up for the Zoom workshop itself. We are making the Racing Car, booking details are here, Racing Car Zoom.
Short and sweet today as we have been busy catching up with everything today and also made a Mr Tumble design for a birthday party yesterday. I posted a few pictures as we built it over on Balloon Chat, Mr Tumble.
I went with the line work Sonic that I filmed the other week for an up and coming tutorial that we will be posting onto the website sometime next year. The Balloon Artistes Guild.
