I was out gigging yesterday in Dartford for 4 hours, I think it was a make Dartford smile day as they had a few entertainers and free parking to try and attract people to the town. I enjoyed the day and was not overly busy but always had people waiting for a balloon. So a nice gentle step back into twisting in the real world, hopefully a few more gigs will start to come in now.
Off to do some filming today for a few more BalloonTube tutorials, we are planning on doing the Wolf, a basic two balloon Cat for quick line work and then my new Dinosaur design that I made a few of yesterday while out gigging. I originally made this from five 350’s but yesterday sized it down to three 260 balloons which made it a lot quicker and cheaper to make, he he. It still looked pretty large when the children walked off with the design. I was hoping to do four designs but not sure yest of the last one, I do have a nice crown design and what with the Queen’s celebrations coming up perhaps that is the one to do.
Off to have a think and get set up.
