Just a quick blog today as I’m rushing off out to another gig pretty soon.
I’ve been away for three days helping Roger Daws build an 11 foot Father Christmas for the Corn Exchange in Leeds. Many thanks to Roger for looking after me, appreciated and for the gig. We had a right good laugh and the design came out not too bad as well. And yes I have taken loads of pictures and will be posting them over the coming weeks. I have started to post the pictures but it will take a few days or even over a week to post them all as I took over 250 as we made the build. Father Christmas Build.
Last thing to mention is the balloon workshop we have this week with Rob Driscoll and Danielle Burnige in Sutton on
Tuesday 5th Dec, it’s not too late to attend if you’d like too? Booking details, Sutton Balloon Day.
The random balloon picture of the week is not very random this week as it’s the Father Christmas we built with Roger, and a very rare picture of myself with the balloon design. We do look a little scruffy as it was a two day build and you have to wear clothes for comfort. You can see Roger is appropriately dressed in his Christmas outfit.
