15th May

I’m off to the Trix magic convention later today, we set the stand Monday and the event starts Monday evening and all day Tuesday. Looking forward to seeing everyone as the last two have been postponed due to the pandemic. They still do have a few tickets if anyone wanted to pop along, it’s in Oswestry and this is the website for details, Trix Convention.

We have another line work balloon workshop in Sutton on June 28th, the early bird has just finished and we have 12 people booked at the moment. The day is just £15 to attend and we have four workshops during the day and all the designs will be quick and easy for making in the real world. Booking details, Line Work Workshop.

There is also a free zoom workshop later this month on the 24th May, we will be explaining the three balloon motorbike, maximum we have is 20 so I can keep everything under control with my very limited knowledge of how all the technology works.
Booking details, Free Zoom Workshop.

I have also set up another Insta account for the balloon business @balloonartwholesale if anyone wanted to follow us, will try and add bits and pieces over time with obviously a few balloon pictures as well. My personal Insta account is, @grahamleeballoonart

New Members Required, the Balloon Artistes Guild.
We are looking for some new members for the rest of 2022. The plan is to run four more balloon day’s, all will be filmed in case anyone in the UK or internationally is unable to attend and you can watch them via the Club Facebook page. Cost to attend all four days would be only £100 or £65 if watching the workshops on line after the event. This is the 10th year of running the club and the 18th year for myself of running the “Care & Share” balloon days in the UK. Any questions then please ask or to book,

That’s me for today then, off to find the random balloon picture of the week but it’s not to random this week as I know what one I will be adding. I made Carl Fredrickson, otherwise known as the Guy from the film “Up” Just realised he has tennis balls on his walking stick….ooops, all ready for version two then as I also went extra large on his glasses.
