It’s Blog time again, now what have we been doing this week…
A few balloon designs we have been sorting out, the Highland Cow, Princess/Bride, Helicopter, Rose, one balloon motorbike and a weave that we saw on Insta. I liked the look of the weave and gave it a go, I posted it onto Balloon Chat here, Weave.
The helicopter started out for line work and was just two balloons, we have made a few more since and now it’s a four balloon Helicopter. Again posted on Balloon Chat, Helicopter.
We are meant to be doing a Zoom tomorrow night, Monday 28th September for the Princess/Bride that we mentioned above, at the moment we only have two people booked in so we might have to cancel the meeting. If you’d like to join us then please get in touch and we can add you to the list, thanks.
All the pathway around the warehouse is now finished, we started adding an extra step that was planned for next year but had a skip delivered on Friday so thought we would get rid of the mess all in one go and have fixed a temporary step till the new year. Also did my gardeners world impression yesterday with cutting trees and bushes back etc as we had a little room left in the skip.
That’s me for this week, off to find the random balloon picture of the week, we have been designing the template page for the book(s) we are looking into producing. The idea is to have all the model of the months over the years put into book form for when Balloon Chat is eventually closed down and everything is lost. This was version one, we are onto about version eight at the moment, version eight is in portrait which I think is the way to go really as the majority of books are portrait rather than landscape.
