So what have I been up to this week, not too much really. A little quiet on the magic shows and balloon gigs. I fitted a new worktop in my study so it was easier to pack the balloon orders, so that took a little while. Making sure everything is ready for the next care & share balloon days and then promoting the competition we have on my business Facebook page to win a ticket for March 2019 to the Blackpool Balloon Bash. The draw will be made on the 27th Nov and at the moment we have two entries, hopefully nearer the time we will get a few more joining in. If you would like to take part the details are pinned to the top of the page. Business Facebook Page.
Olivia is coming up tomorrow so we can go through her new show that she will be presenting for the first time at the Twist & Shout balloon convention that is taking place in Chicago in late Jan. More details for the convention are on the website, Twist & Shout.
I have booked to attend the Florida Super jam early Jan in Florida, looking forward to it as I’m travelling out with a very good friend David Crofts who I help on the big builds we make together. It will be fun, more details about this convention are on the website,
Florida Super Jam.
On Thursday we are off to see a talk on his life in Balloons by Mr Rob Driscoll, this is taking place in Chichester if anyone else would like to attend, Rob Driscoll Talk.
I have been twisting away again this week with the designs all posted up on Balloon Chat
plus I’m catching up with my portfolio thread and we are up to Oct 2015.
So only three years behind, he he. Portfolio.
That’s me for this week then, I was going off to see what the
random balloon picture of the week was going to be but
have already decided that as today is Remembrance Sunday
then is should be the Poppy I made this week.
