It was an exciting week with Pip Pippity pop running a workshop/lecture day in the UK on Tuesday, Pip is all the way from New Zealand and it turned out to be a fab day with plenty of positive feedback. We have two more events for June, Birmingham on 23rd June for a Basic Plus balloon modelling day and then in Sutton for 29th June with Daniel “FuDD” Ravia coming over from America to run a workshop/jam event. 8th June, I just found the blog I wrote for last week that somehow I lost. This was it,
I must try harder and put my thoughts down on this blog, at the moment getting ready for the balloon days on Tuesday and Wed this week 9/10th June. We have Pip Pippity Pop over from New Zealand and she is up London with Thelma Levett at the moment doing some sightseeing. Now those that know Thelma will know that sometimes things happen with Thelma so we are hoping they all come back in one piece. Pip has 14 designs she will be sharing with everyone and then on Wed I will be running the mystery day, there is a choice of making life size characters or we can get 4/5 people all running a small session. We will chat with those attending tomorrow to decide what the day will run like, perhaps some could be making life size figures while others can make the off small sculpture, who knows……………that is why I called it a mystery day.
