We are into Feb and getting ready for two big conventions, Blackpool Magic convention from the 15/18th Feb and then the Blackpool Balloon Convention from the 29th Feb till 2nd March. There is also the Juggling convention that we usually attend but are thinking about giving it a miss this year and that again will be In Blackpool this year, well just outside in St Anne’s.
Made a variation on the Barbie and Car that I made a few months back if anyone would like top take a look, Barbie and Car.
We are also on a big build this week for a few days so that will keep me busy and yes we will post a few pictures as we build the design but not until it’s all finished and the event has taken place. It might be a few weeks as we are a little unsure as the event was on then off then on again. It’s been a fun while knowing whats happening and going on and then with all the changes etc, so watch this space as we will be posting pictures eventually
The sale of balloon towers is still going through with a thousand and one questions form the solicitors on the house we are selling and the one we are buying as well. Mainly I think to check that we are not money laundering although I have no clue how that would work when buying and selling properties. Probably best I don’t know and that way it’s one less thing to worry about, he he. Since the New Year we have been able to get into the place we are buying and have spent a few hours every day doing a little decorating. We have even been looking at new log cabins as well for the garden to house our balloon stock. It’s all go but so far things seem to be going OK but I’m sure there will be a problem or two along the way to sort out and overcome.
That’s me for this week, the next Zoom will be on Tuesday 27th Feb at 8pm UK time and at the moment might well be the Barbie and Car that we made this week.
