All the pictures are up from the Birmingham Care & Share balloon day that we ran this week, thanks to all who came along. Thanks to Dan for bringing some donuts and also showing his multi balloon Cat design to everyone. Also thanks to Pam, my Midlands Secretary for coming back from lunch with a cream cake for everyone, wow that was a nice gesture and for those not in the know when I used to email people with what to bring to the days I would always sign off with a cream cake or two for me…
he he. All the pictures are up if you’d like to take a look, Birmingham Balloon Day.
I’ve been sorting the garden out as we have our new balloon warehouse being fitted in a couple of weeks, warehouse, he he, it’s a log cabin and where its going it’s on a bit of a slope so we are trying to level it out a little. Plus the old shed we have is in the way so we have to move everything from that indoors or hopefully pull the shed pro temp to a new location so the log cabin can be fitted. I’ve started to post a few pictures if anyone wanted to take a look, New Warehouse.
The next balloon day we have is in Sutton on 2nd July and will be the last “Care & Share” day, so lets make it more a party day as well, everyone is welcome and it’s just £10 to attend to help cover the hall costs. Sutton Balloon Day.
Unfortunately we will have to put some of our balloon prices up, the plan is from the 1st June and will mainly be the Kalisan range, at the moment we are selling the 260 range up to 80p under the RRP. So we need to slightly adjust this BUT will still keep it way under the RRP. We do try and be sensible with pricing but also do have bills and over heads to cover as well. We do have some of the Qualatex stock at 50% off on the website as well, so plenty of bargains to pick up as well, Balloon Art Wholesale.
That’s me for this week, off to find the random balloon picture of the week.
I went with the Nurse which was part of the NHS series we did back in lockdown.
