After a year of planning we have the vert first balloon workshop for “The Worldwide Association of Twisters” with Mr Patrick Van de Ven coming over from Holland for the two day event. Pleased to say all the tickets have sold and this afternoon we will be loading the car for the drive up to Birmingham tomorrow to meet and greet everyone. Really looking forward to the day and catching up with everyone, now will we be doing it all again next year,,, hopefully fingers crossed.
I have spent a day looking at some of my designs as we are doing two workshops at the Patrick day, this is because for one person to run eight sessions over two days is very exhausting so we are trying to make it a more relaxed fun event for the lecturers as well. I have quite a list of designs we can share, day one is set in stone but day two I can be flexible and have enough designs to run all four sessions… nothing like being over pre-pared, he he.
I’ve had a couple of very nice gigs this past week, both in London and then when back from Birmingham we have two more gigs lined up so that’s keeping me busy and out of trouble.
